Who we are

Codepole is a fast-growing venture enabler & consulting company that focuses on the tech industry. We are experts in finance, product development, and app development with solid experience from tech companies (Google, Tink, Zalando, Kindred) and the financial industry (Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, EY, Kreditech, Advanon). Apart from building our own ventures, we help companies and startups across Europe to excel in their respective fields. 

The team is now expanding both in Warsaw and Stockholm, and we are looking for YOU - highly ambitious, challenge-driven marketing intern!

How we work?

We believe that it is key for our team members to grow their skill set, and that this is done by experiencing challenging technical projects and by learning from each other. The work is varied between time based projects for clients, team augmentation for clients, and our own ventures and products. This allows our team members to continuously develop as they get to experience different technologies, problems, and solutions. Our team members share their knowledge with each other on a daily basis, so we ensure that we learn as much as possible

What you’ll do

The position will be based in Warsaw and your main role will be to drive marketing initiatives such as:

• Working with one of our clients based in Sweden,
• Preparing different offline and online campaigns, 
• Media buying,
• Content creation, market research,
• Working with the support of an experienced marketing manager who will guide you and encourage you to grow in the marketing field!

Who you are

• You have great communication skills, being able to cooperate both with tech and business teams,
• You are a driven person striving to improve things and enjoy getting things done
• You are independent and eager for new challenges
• You have creative problem-solving skills.
• You want to expand your knowledge and experience in marketing 
• You have time to work full-time (preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
